More shalom
Have you ever heard of shalom? It’s an ancient Hebrew greeting that means, peace. More robustly, it describes a holistic reality defined by:
Wholeness. Thriving. Harmony. Flourishing. Immovable peace: within, with others, & with God.
Where is your life lacking shalom?
If you’re at this website, it’s likely you feel out-of-sync with the description above. Disconnected, wounded, troubled. Maybe you’re wandering and wondering - noticing something is not right, something needs adjusting, change, or healing. You’re not alone; this is a common experience for us all.
That’s why Inner Shalom exists. Your burdens have a place to go. For the fear and shame, for the unhealed trauma, for the confusion, for the stressors bogging you down, for the life transitions that have left you disoriented and disheartened, and for the relational wounds you have endured - you have a safe space to unload and exhale.
Shalom is the goal for your journey. We accomplish this by combining the tried and true of clinical counseling, with dynamic and practical faith-informed support. This enables us to make sense of the hard and the good in your world and care for all of you - mind, body, and spirit.
Jesus said, “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Inner Shalom is here to help you “take heart” amidst your troubles and recover the peace and wholeness God wants for you.
