stuck in

transitions

or stress?

Are you experiencing:

… a job change?

   … moving?

   … a growing family?

… a different stage of life?

… personal or relational challenges as a result of a change?

… difficulty meeting challenges / changes like you once did?

… chronic overwhelm?

… And you cannot seem to regulate yourself or recover your “baseline” functioning?

Know this. It is common for life changes or persistent stressors to leave you feeling

unsteady, unsure, or unhinged. Stuck.

from stuck to

unstuck

Have you heard of this old saying, “wade through the muck?”

It draws on the visual of one walking through any substance that offers resistance, like water, mud, snow, sand, tall grass, etc. *

In life, the substance - or, the “muck” - can often be life transitions or ongoing stressors. These situations typically create novel-like experiences that feel disorienting, including a mix of emotions and thoughts that perhaps you did not previously have or that become exasperated. As a result, daily living can feel harder and certain areas of life (i.e. relationships or work) can be more challenging.

Our goal in therapy is to get you on the other side of whatever you are facing! Together, we will help you "wade through the muck.” We’ll empower you with creative and constructive solutions to move through your difficult moment and move toward a tomorrow that you can live in confidently and peacefully.
